The Watercolour Workshop

Watercolour is an incredibly mindful creative outlet, allowing for lots of experimental play, taking your focus to the details in front of you and away from the fast pace of everyday life. I am passionate about sharing my love of painting and the way I work with watercolour, as well as the benefits of the process.

Spend a transformative few hours in this workshop learning the basics of watercolour, mixing colours and some techniques to start experimenting with. Bring along a photo of your own house or somewhere you would like to paint (I will have some photos to work from too) and with my guidance you will draw and paint these, finishing with your own artwork to take home and display, or continue at your leisure. I also always welcome people to bring their own project ideas and want this to be your creative space to experiment with my guidance on hand.

All materials will be provided for use within the workshop and you will also come away with your own watercolour guide that I have put together to allow you to continue your practice at home.

I really hope to inspire more people to discover the joy in the creative process and would love to have you on this journey with me.

The Venue:

Kingdom is a place for being with nature, celebrating, eating, walking, fitness, wellness, coming together or time for yourself.

The beautiful woodland setting is an area of outstanding natural beauty and provides a perfect backdrop for all that Kingdom holds. This is a wonderful space for people of all ages to relax and unwind with family and friends.

You could enjoy a walk then a delicious lunch in the cafe before the workshop to really make a day of it.
