I want your shopping experience to be as smooth as possible. Below, you'll find details on how I handle shipping, delivery, and returns for products and workshops.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days.

  • Shipping Methods: Standard delivery is via Royal Mail Second Class, with upgrade options available at checkout for Royal Mail First Class.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.

  • International Shipping: Currently, I only ship within the UK.

  • Delivery Estimates: Second Class delivery usually takes 2-4 business days, while First Class typically arrives within 1-2 business days.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns Window: If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return an item within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

  • Exclusions: Custom or personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty. Please contact me directly with a photo of any fault in question. 

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after receiving the returned item. The original payment method will be credited.

  • How to Initiate a Return: Please contact us at hello@imogenpartridge.com with your order number to start the return process.

Workshop Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: If you need to cancel a workshop booking, you can receive a refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the event.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable.

  • Refunds: Refunds for workshop cancellations will be issued minus any Squarespace processing fees.

  • Transfers: If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your booking to another person—please notify us in advance.
